What is Value Valet?

Value Valet is an online retail store where you can purchase medicine cabinet essentials, household products, cosmetics, personal products, gifts, and much more!  We are an Edmonton-based company, and we are 100% Canadian owned.

What items are not available for sale on Value Valet?

We do not sell any prescription drugs or items that require a pharmacist’s supervision. If you have any questions about what products we may or may not sell, visit our contact us page and we’ll be happy to get back to you.

Also if you’re looking for an item that isn’t available on Value Valet, be sure to let us know and we will do our best to get it in stock.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Value Valet accepts MasterCard, Visa and PayPal.

What taxes apply to my order?

Taxes are applied based on the provided shipping address. Please note that your tax will be added at the end of your order. The purchase prices displayed on  Value Valet do not already include any of the applicable taxes.

How do I redeem Value Valet coupons?

Once you’ve completed your shopping and are at the checkout, input your coupon code in the Promo Code field, and then click “Apply”. The promotion then will be applied to your order. If the code does not work, be sure to check the expiry date on the coupon to ensure that it is still valid.

Please note, Value Valet does not accept coupons from manufacturers or specific product vendors unless otherwise specified.

Can I make changes to my order?

Whether or not your order is in the process of being shipped will determine if an adjustment can be made.  Please contact a customer service representative  to request any changes to your order.

How do I cancel my order?

What security measures are in place to protect my personal information?

Where is my credit card information stored?

At Value Valet, we do not store or have access to any of your credit card information. Third party companies, Moneris or PayPal, process your payments and are the only ones with access to your payment information. They are some of North America’s leading payment processors. They have security measures in place to ensure your personal information is secure. If you would like more information on Moneris or PayPal, please visit the respective website.

Are there any limitations on the type or number of items I can order?

There are some shipping exceptions and limitations on dangerous goods.

Canada Post may accept items for shipment containing exempted qualifying dangerous goods subject to the following guidelines:

1. The dangerous goods must meet all "Limited Quantity" requirements as per the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act and Regulations.
2. Limited Quantities such as aerosols, perfumes or cleaning products must not be shipped in quantities in excess of 30 kg/66 lbs.
3. Exterior packaging must clearly identify that the goods being shipped are Limited Quantities (Canada) or Consumer Commodities (U.S).
4. Qualifying "Limited Quantity" dangerous goods can only be shipped within Canada by ground service via Expedited Parcel Service.
5. Dangerous goods (including those in "Limited Quantity") are prohibited when shipping by Air and outside of Canada.
